ORGANIC SLUDGE DRYING INTO THE LIQUID FUEL FROM WASTE PRASTIC AND SYN-GAS PRODUCING METHOD USING GASIFICATION WITH DRIED SLUDGE

A drying method of organic sludge and a manufacturing method of the synthetic gas are provided, which improve efficiency and reliability in the energy recovery utilization. A drying method of organic sludge and a manufacturing method of the synthetic gas comprise: a pre-treatment process(S100) which removes the foreign material including the metal etc in the waste plastic or the waste plastic film and pulverizes it; a liquefaction process(S200) which injects the waste plastic or the waste plastic film in the liquefaction apparatus, reacts it at 300~500deg.C, and generates the liquid fuel by passing it through the condensation device; a sludge drying process(S300) manufacturing the dry sludge; and a synthetic gas manufacture process(S400) which thermally decomposes the sludge dried in the sludge drying process and manufactures the synthetic gas in which the melting slag, the hydrogen and carbon monoxide are the main component.
