FEED ADDITIVE CONTAINING AN EXTRACT OF BAMBOO AND MICROORGANISM CULTIVATE,FOR PREVENTION OF PORCINEDIARRHEA CAUSED BY ENTEROTOXIGENIC ENTEROBACTERIA

A method for manufacturing a feed additive containing bamboo leaf extract as a domestic animal diarrhea inhibitor is provided to reduce the diarrhea of domestic animals and to inhibit the propagation of intestinal pathogens. A method for manufacturing a feed additive containing bamboo leaf extract comprise the following steps of: drying bamboo leaves and cutting the leaves in the constant size; preparing a lactobacillus(Lactobacillus plantarum) culture fluid; adding and fermenting the pre-treated bamboo leaves in the lactobacillus culture fluid in order to obtain a bamboo leaf fermentation liquid(YC2004); and adding the 0.1-5% of bamboo leaf fermentation liquid to livestock feed and re-fermenting the mixture. A method for adding bamboo leaf fermentation liquid to the livestock feed consists of diluting the bamboo leaf fermentation liquid and spraying the diluted bamboo leaf fermentation liquid to the livestock feed.
