SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WELD QUALITY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM OF ARC WELDING

An arc welding quality detecting device and a detecting method thereof are provided to determine the quality of the arc welding with learning analysis through the neuron circuit network. An arc welding quality detecting device comprises: an arc welding system(100) which is an automation robot; a current/voltage detecting unit(200) detecting the welding current and voltage of the arc welding system on a real time basis; an A/D converter(300) changing the welding current and voltage of the analog signal state to a digital signal; and a analysis unit(400) determining the quality of the arc welding through the fuzzy inference by determining the membership function from the probability distribution of the determination factor.
