A food garbage drying apparatus with integrated ventilation and exhaustion structure is provided to reduce the number of components by forming an exhaust hole on a ventilation fan, and to improve drying efficiency. A food garbage drying apparatus with integrated ventilation and exhaustion structure includes a ventilation fan(200), an exhaust fan(212), and a driving motor(220). The ventilation fan is installed at the top of a storing part. A plurality of ventilation fan exhaust holes are formed on the ventilation fan. The exhaust fan is installed on the same axis line with the ventilation fan, and discharges the air to outside. The driving motor drives the ventilation fan and the exhaust fan. An exhaust fan housing(210) is installed at an outer side of the ventilation fan, and includes a housing shield.
