An oxygen generator, a control of oxygen concentration and scrubber device including the same are provided to prevent the environmental contamination and safety accident. CDA is supplied from a CDA supply line(40). The provided CDA is provided to the membrane unit and the PSA unit. In the membrane unit and PSA unit, the oxygen is generated and a buffer is charged. The oxygen which buffer is charged is supplied to the burner of the scrubber device. It is controlled from the control block in terms of the purity of the oxygen filled inside buffer through the oxygen sensor. The control block transmits the output signal in a regulator if the purity of the oxygen for to controlling is inputted to the control block. The purity of the oxygen which is the control supply and desires the CDA flow rate supplied to the buffer inside is regulated.
