The user information DB(130) stores the information about user. The condition information DB(140) stores the information about one or more set condition among the space and objects. An evaluation module(110) outputs the valuation information about one or more validity among the information about the smart space, the information about user, and the information about the set condition based on one among the space and objects about user.
