DISPOSABLE VACUUM BLOOD COLLECTION SYRINGE, MINIMIZING AN ANGLE BETWEEN A NEEDLE AND A SKIN

PURPOSE: A disposable vacuum blood collecting syringe is provided to prevent a recycle of the collecting scanner by rounding the exposed end of a safe cover exposed from a cylinder body when the blood collection is completed.;CONSTITUTION: A disposable vacuum blood collecting syringe includes a cylinder body(10), a needle for collecting the blood, an insertion groove, a spring(30), a plurality of elastic hanging piece, a needle fixing unit(40), a safe cover, and a step projection. The needle for collecting the blood is inserted into the front side of the cylinder body. The needle for collecting the blood has an internal needle facing the inner side of the cylinder body and an external needle facing the front side of the cylinder body. The insertion groove is formed in the inner front side of the cylinder body. The spring is inserted into the insertion groove. A plurality of elastic hanging pieces are protruded to the rear side from the inner front side of the cylinder body. The needle fixing unit is spirally coupled with the needle for collecting the blood. The needle fixing unit maintains the restriction state in the inner front side of the cylinder body by the elastic hanging piece when the spring is compressed. The safe cover releases the restriction state of the needle fixing unit by pushing the elastic hanging piece by being inserted into the inside of the cylinder body. The safe cover receives the needle fixing unit and the needle for collecting the blood gone back by the elasticity of the spring when the needle fixing unit is released. The step projection is protruded to the inside of the cylinder body not to separate the safe cover from being separated. The step projection closely adheres the outer surface of the safe cover inserted into the inside of the cylinder body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
