PURPOSE: A real-time electrocardiogram monitoring system, a monitoring method thereof, a patch electrocardiogram device, and a communication device are provided to monitor the electrocardiogram in real time while minimizing inconvenience.;CONSTITUTION: A patch electrocardiogram measuring device(100) is attached to a skin of a subject and measures the electrocardiogram of the subject. The patch electrocardiogram measuring device generates the first electrocardiogram data of a first frame format for transmitting the measured electrocardiogram signal at a short distance and transmits the generated data at the short distance. A relay communication device(200) receives the first electrocardiogram data from the electrocardiogram measuring device and extracts the electrocardiogram data. The relay communication device generates the second electrocardiogram data of a second frame format by combining the electrocardiogram data and the patient identification information and transmits the generated data at a long distance. A monitoring server(300) receives the second electrocardiogram data from the relay communication device and extracts the electrocardiogram data and patient identification information. The monitoring server classifies, stores, and outputs the electrocardiogram data according to the patient identification information.
