PURPOSE: A damping structure for a fob key holder to reduce noise and impact in the sliding movement thereof is provided to reduce the elasticity of the fob key holder without using of additional damping member.;CONSTITUTION: A damping structure for a fob key holder comprises a contact bump(12) and an extrusion incline(22). A plurality of contact bumps is protruded to one side of the fob key holder. The extrusion incline is formed in a housing(20) of the fob key holder. The extrusion incline attenuates the elasticity of an elastic member(30).
