PURPOSE: A damping structure for a fob key holder to reduce noise and impact in the sliding movement thereof is provided to reduce the elasticity of the fob key holder without using of additional damping member.;CONSTITUTION: A damping structure for a fob key holder comprises a contact bump(12) and an extrusion incline(22). A plurality of contact bumps is protruded to one side of the fob key holder. The extrusion incline is formed in a housing(20) of the fob key holder. The extrusion incline attenuates the elasticity of an elastic member(30). The elastic member acts the fob key holder by the friction and interference according to contact with the contact bump.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
