PURPOSE: An insulation system of medical equipment is provided to reduce a cost for replacing an LED by displaying a leakage current using an LCD.;CONSTITUTION: A voltage detector(110) measures the voltage generated by the leakage current flowing in the ground terminal of medical equipment. A voltage/current converter(120) converts the detected voltage to the current and converts an amount of leakage current flowing in the medical equipment. A controller is connected to the voltage/current converter. An LCD monitor(140) is connected to the controller. A leakage current display unit displays the amount of the leakage current flowing in the medical equipment. A reference current display unit displays the amount of the reference current that is a current value for alarm.
