PURPOSE: A non-contact plane actuator is provided to maintain the interval between the permanent magnet and the electromagnet by offsetting the forces in an axis direction of electromagnet.;CONSTITUTION: A non-contact plane actuator contains an electromagnet(1) and two permanent magnets(2,3). One end of the electromagnet is adhered to one side among 2 objects which play the relatively motion. The electromagnet includes a coil(12) and a core(11) in which the coil is wound.
