PURPOSE: A device for combining a cover and a case of a ceiling light is provided to facilitate combination of the cover and the case by combining a hanging frame of a cover in a hanging ring of the case.;CONSTITUTION: A hanging device includes a hanging ring(30) and a hanging frame(40). The hanging ring is formed at each side of a case(10). The hanging frame is fixed along a frame of a cover(20). The hanging ring is inserted into a fitting groove of the hanging frame. The hanging ring has a fixing unit and a hanging unit. The fixing unit is fixed in the case. The hanging unit is bent at a right angle to the fixing unit and is exposed to the outside of the case.
