PURPOSE: A damage alarm device of a torsion bar is provided to ring alarm by reducing the pressure of the air injected into a hollow part of a torsion bar and falling down first and second terminals in case of damage to the torsion bar.;CONSTITUTION: A damage alarm device(1) of a torsion bar comprises a torsion bar. The torsion bar prevents the horizontal inclination of a vehicle. The torsion bar comprises a hollow part(1b), a cylinder(10), a piston(15), and an elastic member(16). The hollow part is formed inside the torsion bar in the longitudinal direction. The cylinder is communicated with a hollow part. The piston is embedded within a cylinder to be slid. The elastic member elastically supports the piston inside the cylinder. A first terminal(25) is arranged inside the cylinder. The first terminal is connected to one among a power supply part(30) and an alarm device(20). The second terminal(35) is arranged on the piston.
