Method of manufacture and additive of matherial organic and inorganic fertilizer for Paddy rice soil

An additive for organic and inorganic fertilizer used to improve soil fertility is provided to be mixed with general compost or by-product fertilizer to produce the fertilizer for paddy rice management by comprising organic materials, silicate, magnesium-calcium lime and trace elements such as N,P,K which are useful for growing the rice. The additive comprises: 40-60wt.% of coal fly ash and 40-60wt.% of fly ash from paper pulp sludge; and other inorganic materials for improving paddy soil and rice growth, which include silicate, lime, potassium fertilizer, iron and trace elements. The additive is used for organic fertilizer, byproduct fertilizer and/or general compost for the paddy rice management. The preparation process of the additive includes: mixing 60-70wt.% of coal fly ash and 30-40wt.% of pulp sludge; agitating the mixture; and drying the mixture, so that the additive has balance of inorganic and organic parts.
