A method and an apparatus for measuring inter-network relative coverages in a multiple mobile communication network are provided to grasp real-time coverage status by using the data collected from all the communication networks of a district regardless of time and place. An apparatus for measuring inter-network relative coverages in a multiple mobile communication network comprises a connection state information/storage part(410) and a coverage ratio calculation part(430). In order to calculate relative coverages between a plurality of communication networks. the connection state information/storage part collects connection state information access to the communication networks. Based on information about the terminals and the collected connection state information, the coverage ratio calculation part calculates the coverage ratios between the communication networks.
