Waterproof and breathable fabric manufactured by fiber having waterproof and breathable properties is provided to offer superior warm-keeping effect by using the fabric of which waterproof is implemented by itself. Waterproof and breathable fabric manufactured by fiber having waterproof and breathable properties according to temperature rise transmits steam and does not transmit water drop. The fabric is woven with polyurethane fabric polymerized to a chain extender containing 2 workability isocyanate, 2 workability polyol and an active hydrogen group. Tm of soft segment of the polyurethane fabric is 15 - 40°C. The 2 workability isocyanate is 4 - methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, the 2 workability polyol is carprolactone diol. The 2 workability chain extender containing the active hydrogen group is 1, 4 - butanediol.
