A boundary side flow controller having a solving function of the stagnant water problem in a water supply system is provided to prevent the deterioration of the quality of the water in the water pipe of the boundary side interconnecting blocks. A boundary side flow controller having a solving function of the stagnant water problem in a water supply system is composed of a main water pipe(100) connected to a water supply source in which the water supplied to each block is stored, a first block(200) and a second block(300) which are successively connected with the main water pipe and is provided with the water of the water supply source, and a first auxiliary water pipe(500) and a second auxiliary water pipe(600) installed between the first block and the second block. A pressure reducing valve(400) is each installed in the first auxiliary water pipe and the second auxiliary water pipe.
