An Y-shaped bidirectional soundproof wall installed at a road and an Y-shaped bidirectional tunnel type soundproof wall installed at the road are provided to obtain the viewing direction of a diver and reduce accident danger by installing an upper lamp and an internal lamp. An Y-shaped bidirectional soundproof wall installed at a road comprises an outside soundproof wall(20), an inside soundproof wall(10), an upper lamp(30), an internal lamp(40), and an upper cover(50). The outside soundproof wall is installed at the both sides of the road. The outside soundproof wall blocks the noise radiating to the outer side. The inside soundproof wall is installed at the center of the road. The inside soundproof wall is formed in an Y-shape. The upper lamp is installed at the upper center of the inside soundproof wall and radiates the light. The internal lamp is installed at the both upper sides of the inside soundproof wall and lights the road. The upper cover covers the upper surface of the inside soundproof wall. On the upper surface of the upper cover, the upper lamp and a solar battery plate are formed. The solar battery plate supplies electricity to the internal lamp.
