PURPOSE: A high voltage cable installation structure crossing a tunnel, a railroad, and a building complex and a method for installing the high voltage cable are provided to protect the high cable by including a cable duct even through a clay pipe is leaked. CONSTITUTION: A structure is installed in an upper part of a base(2). An excavating part(80) is excavated in the underground of the base in an outer position from both walls of the structure. A clay pipe(10) is inserted to the underground from the base. A cable duct(20) is inserted into the clay pipe. An outer circumference of the cable pipe has many protrusions(21). A high voltage cable(30) is inserted into the cable duct. A pressing unit(50) inserts the clay pip to the horizontal direction of the underground by the press. The mortar injector injects the mortar into the clay pipe.
