The said inner surface faces the outer surface in contact with the working surface with each said front limiters. The said pusher comprises also a pair of opposite ends arranged between the inner and outer surfaces and furnished with multiple angular holes (240). The coupling pusher comprises additionally the second part arranged between the outer surface and coupling arm.
