SINTERING METHOD OF SINTERING MIX AND SINTERING MACHINE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: charge is filled on movable cement trolleys of layer height L, there are formed tangential channels in charge layer, it is implemented burning and sintering of charge. In surface coating there are formed vertical canal of charge for depth equidistant from each other on the distance by width and length of cementing trolleys. Additional forming of vertical cannels are implemented after charge burning by means of installed after ignition furnace cored metal drum, equal not more than 0.95 of cementing trolley width. On external cylindrical surface of the drum in radial direction there are installed metal rods of equal length and thickness equidistant to each other by external cylindrical surface of the drum. Drum axis located perpendicularly to agglomachine longitudinal axis is fixed on bearings which are installed on merely supported beams, providing free movement of drum in vertical plane.;EFFECT: increasing of charge gas permeability and removal of sintering unevenness.;7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
