FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in case of reconstruction of partially affected anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Under arthroscopic control replacement of only affected ligament bundle with non-free autotendon of semitendinous muscle with distal feeding pedicle is performed with preservation of non-affected ligament bundle. Tightening and fixation of transplant is carried out at such value of bending angle in knee joint at which restored ligament bundle is the most tightened.;EFFECT: possibility to reconstruct one isolated bundle of anterior cruciate ligament, without injuring intact one, in order to restore adequate knee joint stability and preserve proprioception, preservation of tendon transplant feeding, and, therefore, acceleration of processes of its remodelling and revascularisation.;1 ex, 3 dwg
