The pigeon or owl alarm is a bird scarecrow with an owl, a link on the leg, whose upper body bends towards front, a fence on the legs and phosporised eyes straddled birds with a weight in the tail of the owl, with which the upper body tilts back again. The upper body of the owl tilts by a shifting of weight, achieved by capillary action. The upper body has two chambers, an upper chamber and a lower chamber. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an upper body of the owl tilts back by weight displacement (2) a lower chamber is filled with chip freeze protection (3) chambers are in the upper bodies of the owl.
