Emergency light with opal glass front cover, fitted to external wall of building, includes internal illumination and externally-visible flashing red lamp

Electronic components (5) and a lamp (7) are built into the emergency light. The unit is seen as an emergency light during day or night, only when the red flashing light (8) is activated. The flashing light is installed behind the opal glass. It flashes red externally, when turned on by e.g. a switch. A remote switch in the building is used for this purpose. The lamp (7) illuminates the opal glass internally when the remote switch is operated. The lamp and red flashing light can be switched on simultaneously. A loudspeaker (11) and microphone (10) are included.
