The junction box and connecting box (1) comprises a flexible flat conductor strip (28) that protrude from a surface of a solar module (24). An introduction opening for the flexible flat conductor strip of the solar module, is assembled on a side of the junction box and connecting box, where the side faces the solar module. A housing (2) is arranged on the solar module. A junction device (20) is arranged in the housing for the flexible flat conductor strip. The junction device has an electric contact clip (22) that is closed when the box is arranged on the solar module.
