The system has a stationary equipment provided with an electronic clock generator and a transmitter (1). A mobile equipment (2) contains a receiver (3) and a body stimulation module (4), where the mobile equipment enables communication of a clock of a music piece to a musician or dancer. The mobile equipment is fastened to leg or arm of the musician or dancer using a hook-and-loop fastener (5). Batteries (6) are provided in the mobile equipment for power supply to the receiver and the body stimulation module.
