The method involves providing two bodies of building materials selected from a group of a not processed sample, a processed reference body and a processed testing body. Temperature and humidity of the materials are measured, and electric fluid is dispensed in the bodies. Temporal progress of the electric conductivities of the bodies is measured depending on the humidity of the materials. The difference and/or the ratio of the progress of the electric conductivities between the bodies are determined, and anti-graffiti systems of the bodies are compared. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for evaluating aging of building materials, which are processed with anti-graffiti systems (2) a method for analyzing building materials (3) a method for creating a database of building materials.
