The device (1) has a membrane element (4) arranged on a baseplate (2), and a supporting plate (3) arranged on the membrane element. The membrane element is subjectable by a hydraulic fluid i.e. hydraulic oil, toward the supporting plate, so that the supporting plate is shifted. A holding frame (8) is arranged at the base plate, and the membrane element is provided in the holding frame. The holding frame and the baseplate are fastened with one another by a fastening unit e.g. screw. The membrane element has a plastic and/or rubber layer.
