The electrical condenser has a schottky diode with high specific capacity, maximum operating temperature and particularly small electron spin resonance. The schottky diode is formed from an open nanoporous electronic conductor that is infiltrated by another electronic conductor in such a manner that an extensive schottky contact is developed as one electronic conductor is a semiconductor and the other one is a metallic conductor. The semiconductor has a direct or quasi-direct band gap. The metallic conductor and semiconductor are selected in such a way that a high schottky barrier is formed.
