The device has a chamber (50) whose inner side joins into a nozzle, and another chamber whose inner side is separate from the inner side of the former chamber. The inner sides of the chambers are connectable with one another to enable mixing and/or reaction of the media. A powdered medium is contained in the former chamber, and a liquid medium is contained in the latter chamber. The liquid medium is transported into the former chamber for mixing/reaction of media. The chambers are formed by a base (4) made of a topaz material which has same characteristics of borosilicate glass.
