The closing device (1) has a base body (2) for receiving a clamp and a seal section (3) attached on the base body. A recess (8) of a centering projection (6) has a retaining element (9) corresponding with a neck (5) of a stud (4) of the base body. The retaining element reduces inner diameter of the recess on an extent below the diameter (Z) of the stud. The retaining element is partially made up of elastic material such that the seal section is fastened in the removable manner on the stud of the base body.
