The motor (16) has a motor shaft (22) rotatably supported in a cylindrical motor housing (18). The shaft is rotationally decoupled from the housing by a bearing device that is arranged in each front side (20). An output pinion (26) is connected with an outer end region (24) of the shaft in a torque-proof manner. The pinion has two regions in a mantel surface. One of the regions is formed as an output region and another region is formed as a bearing region, which is designed as an inner bearing ring. The pinion is designed as sintered part or injection molded part. An independent claim is also included for an electric hand tool with a compact direct current motor.
