The tire has an outer driving tire (1) and an inner supporting tire (2) that is dimensioned such that the inner tire withstands proportionate vehicle load during sudden air loss of the outside tire and maintains a motor vehicle e.g. military vehicle, in a controllable and roadworthy way. The inner tire has a smooth reinforcement sole (3) provided in an internal radius, and is firmly and air tightly connected with a motor-car tire rim by gluing, welding or connections. The rim has an inner rim (6) and an outer rim (5) made of metal. An air pressure balancing valve is provided in the inner tire.
