The arrangement arranges an equalization element (12) in an air duct (18) by using oscillation-decoupling elements (14, 16), where the equalization element equalizes air flow. The oscillation-decoupling elements are designed as molded elastomeric part or foamed elastomeric parts. The elements (14,16) are connected with the equalization element in a firmly bonded manner. The equalization element is arranged in an area of a connection point of air conducting housing parts (22, 24) of the air duct. The oscillation-decoupling elements form a component of a connecting arrangement.
