The device has splay elements (4) arranged at sides of a sleeve (3) and radially divided at the circumference of the sleeve. Two laminar-shaped materials (1, 2) are held between the splay elements. A bolt (5) is movably arranged in the sleeve, and the splay elements are splayable and lockable at one of the sides of the sleeve by pressure or traction at the bolt and detachable with renewed pressure or traction on the bolt. The splay elements are arranged like a star at the circumference of the sleeve.
