The arrangement (1) has a mounting vicinity (3) for a vibratory component i.e. membrane (2), and a decoupling part (4) provided between the mounting vicinity and the component. The decoupling part has material properties in a connecting area (5) attached with the mounting vicinity. The material properties are influenced by physical and/or chemical parameters such that material properties and/or geometry of the decoupling part are variable. A controllable magnet (7) is arranged opposite to the area. The area has swarfs or electrically conducting elastomer.
