The luggage holding system has a vehicle seat with a backrest (1), two holding frames (2,3) and a connecting unit between the two holding frames. The holding frames and the connecting unit are placed at a rear side of the backrest of the vehicle seat. The later holding frame is placed opposite to the former holding frame in displacing manner. A belt or strip (4) is a connecting unit.
