The tin (1) has a lid (2) that is removed, where an operating head (3) is fixed at the opened tin for generation of pressure. An outlet piece (5) is fixed at a bottom of the tin, and includes a hollow pin (6) that is pierced through the bottom of the tin. The operating head is equipped with a gas cell or a gas generating unit. The outlet piece is designed as a casing, which includes the bottom of the tin and a ground-level casing region. The operating head includes a bellow, which is expanded under the effect of gases developed form the gas cell or the gas generating unit.
