The fastening unit (1) has a pin (1.2) with an outer diameter (Da) and a concentric central recess (1.4) with an inner diameter (Di) and a center axis (M). A washer (1.1) is inserted on the pin over the recess. The inner diameter of the recess is same as the outer diameter of the pin. The washer is brought against the pin in a radial direction in a tolerance-free manner. The washer comprises a flat contact surface (1.3) that is formed by flattening, cutting, edge bending or embossing the washer. A normal vector is formed on the contact surface.
