The method involves providing sections (1) of starting material (2) with same dimensions, and attaching sections one above the other to a package in a flat manner, where a major surface of one of the sections is limited to a major surface of another section. The package is clamped to a workpiece support. Splinter-removing process of the package is performed to work out the objects from the material. Each section results in each case from objects of same dimensions. A relative arrangement of the sections of the starting material is stabilized within a region of the objects of equal dimensions.
