The unit i.e. integrated module (20), has a housing to pack an air fluid mover (40) i.e. blower. A set of microprocessors e.g. control processor, in a microprocessor zone (60) is provided with a set of connectors (70). An opening fluidly communicates an air fluid to the air fluid mover from a vehicle. The connectors send and receive electrical signals to and from the microprocessors and a component e.g. heater, within the vehicle. An air fluid conditioner i.e. thermoelectric type air fluid conditioner, provides conditioned air fluid to the vehicle through a seat. An independent claim is also included for a method for conditioning a vehicle and controlling vehicle component functions.
