The method involves arranging a temperature sensor unit (1) at a rotary component for temperature-dependent influence of a magnetic field (F). The magnetic field is scanned by a sensor unit (3). A temperature (T) of the rotary component is determined based on the temperature-dependent parameter of the magnetic field. A resonant circuit of the temperature sensor unit is excited by an exciter unit (2) for oscillations. A speed-dependent correction factor (K) is determined based on the preset characteristic. An independent claim is also included for a device for temperature measurement in a rotary component.
