The device (1) has a sensor (2) connected to a buzzer (3) to signal an accident risk between a pedestrian and a moving vehicle (5) circulating near a transport vehicle (6) when the vehicle (6) is at stop. The sensor (2) detects overtaking of the vehicle (6) by the vehicle (5) in movement. The sensor is connected to a controller (8) to inform the controller about detection of the vehicle (5). The controller triggers emission of sound signals to the pedestrians based on the information.
