The method involves carrying out two consecutive casts for pre-rupturing of a heating panel through a specific cutting plane so as to disassemble the panel in end of its life. Solidity of the panel is ensured by mechanical connection created through median body orifices. The panel is rigidified using a perforated or non-perforated rigid support e.g. aluminum and stainless steel, and a heating body e.g. heating cord, coiled and fixed on the support. An electric heating body and the heating body are drowned in material constituted of anhydride resin and mineral powders.
