The adaptor has a stop setting unit (37) limiting penetration of a rasp of a tool for implantation of reverse prosthesis as well as standard prosthesis of the model by using a same gripping handle (27) and a rasp. The setting unit is formed by a conical lateral surface of a cylindrical shaped adaptor. A connection unit (35) connecting the adaptor to the handle is formed by two attachments projecting above an upper surface. Each attachment includes a pin (54) to be penetrated in a groove (38) of the handle.
