The panel has two vertical bearing rafters (6) provided with a horizontal structural floor panel (9) that forms a case. An insulating material (7) is arranged in the case. A self-adhesive vapor barrier (8) is arranged opposite to an upper surface of the floor panel and is mounted on an outer surface of the rafters to ensure a continuous vapor barrier between the floor panel and the material, while assembling the roof panel.
