The device has an oil returning pipe (17) connecting an oil outlet (16) to a lubricating circuit of a combustion engine. An end of the pipe has a jointing tip (21) received in a housing of a body of a turbocompressor. A seal (22) e.g. O-ring seal, and an elastic ring (24) are interposed between the jointing tip and the housing, where the ring retains in translation the pipe with respect to the body. The pipe is formed by a monoblock metallic tube.
