The device has an equilateral triangular section (10) including four opposed surfaces that are arranged in two-to-two manner. The surfaces connect a large base to a truncated top (6). A pivoting axle is shifted toward the top with respect to center of gravity of the device. A tilting limitation cleat avoids discharge of irradiated waste (3) i.e. filter, and is integrated with a post (9) of an irradiated waste distributing system.
