The lavatory (1) has a bowl (2) and a flushing system (3) provided with a water supply (4). A bowl cleaning device (5) has a connection unit (6) connected on the water supply, a flexible tube (7) terminated by a washing head (8), and a control unit (9) for controlling the water supply of the head. The cleaning device has a security unit and a tank for containing disinfectant or deodorant product. The control unit is formed by a lever handle (14). The head has a nozzle formed by an orifice. The orifice has a cylindrical section preceded by a conical section for obtaining water jet. An independent claim is also included for an assembling kit for forming a lavatory.
