The device has a layer of N nodes of concepts e.g. man or dog, and a collection of layers of N switching nodes, where connectivity exists between a last layer of switching node and a premier layer of concept node. Simultaneous application of activation on two of the concept nodes provokes establishment and storing of a line between two of the concept nodes by modifying a state of the concepts nodes and elementary connections of a switching network to create bidirectional information transfer continuity. The line consumes available switching resources, switching nodes and the connections.
